Carol Egan | DIRECTOR & PRESCHOOL TEACHer

Carol has been in the field of early education for over 30 years, keeping young children at the center of her professional life. The growth and development that happens in the early years of child’s life has fascinated and inspired Carol to explore and incorporate different philosophies and approaches, including Montessori, Reggio-Emilia, Waldorf, Nature based learning and Child Honoring.

Aurina Hartz | Curriculum & program Support

A native Vermonter, Aurina Hartz completed her undergraduate degree in English, Theater, and Studio Art at the University of Vermont. Although she loves to travel all over the world, she remained in Vermont to complete her Masters in Education and has been working with children and other educational professionals for over ten years. She is dedicated to restorative practices to support students ranging the entire developmental spectrum.

Aurina loves adventures outdoors as well as craft projects right at home with her own daughter, husband, cat, and dog!
